I am extremely worried and angry as Van Kloof are holding my sapphire and diamond ring which had been left there to be mended. I paid up front for this work and when I called yesterday at 3.30pm some Staff were leaving carrying a number of things but refused to give me my ring - lease having expired. The front shop door was open but the shutters in front of the display windows were down. I had received a telephone message last Thursday to say my ring was ready, but was away, a point of my being away had been made quite clear when I left the ring with them on 22nd September.
As the Staff yesterday told me that the shop would be open today (Tuesday) I found it was closed. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME 01438 313334
