I have found havens a absolute pleasure to deal with. I have been renting a property from them for just over a year and every memeber of staff I have spoken to about any issues etc have been extremely helpful and quick with there response.
I'm in the middle of moving out at the moment as my landlord is selling up and have been given two months to move out, so it is a very stressful time.
Havens reassured me that they will find me something that I wanted same area, 3 bed, accepts dogs... Within two days of finding out the bad news they contacted me with an new rental they had which is perfect.
There constant support and understanding is nothing I have come across before and aslong as I'm in the Stevenage area I will be using havens.
