Pay for a service. £9 for full car wash. Got asked to pay extra £1 for foam. I declined.
Full wash included wheel scrub (by hand and brush) before entering car wash. This was not done so I said to him about it (very tall guy) and he said other guy did it. He did not and I said that. He asked the guy and he said no he didn't. The tall guy then proceeded to wash the wheels and shouted as I could hear him in the car with windows up. "they want everything for nothing" ????. Really. I just wanted the service that I paid for. Last time of using these and will advise others also ??????
