Hello I went to your store on the 11/01/14 to look at wallpaper. I was helped by a young sales assistant. She found the paper I was looking for and had good product knowledge . I found her polite and extremely helpful. As the wallpaper I wanted had different codes, she ordered the paper . I didn't necessarily want to buy that day but her sales technique was such, that I happily bought and paid for my items. I did catch her name badge "Ellie" As a first time buyer at Laura Ashley, her service will, I am sure, make me a regular visitor to your store.
