"5 stars all round Peter who came out to me was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Didn't make me feel stupid with how little I know about tech and was very patient explaining info. The icing on the cake was when I received the invoice and was happily surprised at how inexpensive they were. Highly recommended Thank you"

As a Herts based SME we’d used other local IT service providers for a number of years. But having grown tired of the broken promises, poor service levels, response times, pricing and lack of customer care we had to change. I can honestly say Vince, Jeff and the IT People have been a breath of fresh air. Everything we ask of them they deliver on in a friendly, timely, cost-effective manner. We would thoroughly recommend them

My computer was collected by Peter on the Wednesday. He understood everything that I needed doing and said he would return it on the Friday. This he did and explained everything that had been done. He then helped me with my printer which was not on his remit. He was very pleasant and helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone. The bill was a surprise as I was expecting it to be more - thank you."
